Anger often gets a bad rap — we’re taught to suppress it, fear it, or let it explode. But what if anger was actually a powerful bridge to deeper connection? In the Heartbeat map of 5Rhythms, we explore emotions as energy in motion, and anger is no exception.

In this daylong workshop, we’ll dance with the fire of anger — not to burn, but to illuminate. We’ll move through the Heartbeat map to feel where anger lives in our bodies, how it rises, and most importantly, how it can serve us in relating to others with more truth, clarity, and emotional integrity.

Anger, when expressed with awareness, can create healthy boundaries, spark connection, and reconnect us with our fierce love for ourselves and each other. This is an invitation to meet that fire. Moving through it with curiosity and compassion.

This is part of a 5 day Heartbeat series that can be taken as a single day workshop or part of the series. If taken as part of the series it fulfills the 5 Day Heartbeat pre-requisite for Teacher Training. If taken as a single day workshop it counts as 1 day Heartbeat. 

Your Teachers

Christina Graham-Smith & Alessandro Moruzzi
Alessandro and Christina are both Certified and Accredited 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat level teachers, teaching since 2014. They both work on the 5Rhythms Teacher Trainings as part of the trainee mentor teams, and Christina also teaches and supports the online component of the 5Rhythms Teacher Training module. Both have experience teaching online through personal offerings and having held 5Rhythms online classes via 5Rhythms Global Livestream. For those interested in becoming teachers or applying for this upcoming training we will be available to support and answer questions that arise.
